Do you know how to order black paint?

Insider tip: the paint sample cards on the shelf will almost always have other colors added into the black to give it more dimension.

If you’re looking for a true dark black, you can ask them to make you a “custom color” by adding pure black pigment at the maximum allowance to whichever gallon paint base you choose!

Why prime?

In this case it was definitely worth it to prime before painting. Because this is plywood and unfinished wood, it will soak up the paint like a sponge.

Priming prevents the paint from soaking too far in which saves you time and money since you will need less coats of paint to finish it.

I opted for a sanded plywood to make sure the finished product would be especially smooth and all of the knots and holes were already filled and smoothed.

The round display is coming along nicely also!

This display consists of a 4’ round folding table and the wooden 30” round set up on top of it.

Once it’s set up, the 12” round topper will hold the pricing signs while the larger round and the table will hold the products.

Our Story

Hi there! My name is Erin (Ma), I'm a young mom of three crazy kids including boy/girl twins (Emmett and Savannah) and an older sister (Maya) who is definitely boss.

Ma (short for mom? mother?? Mamacita??? All of the above. 😂) came around after a million other crazy nicknames were tried by my husband Garrett. This one, stemming from his grandpas use for his grandma, might actually stick around a while longer than the others.

Our family has been through separations, our share of hard times, financial struggles and adjustment to military lifestyle but, through all of the tough times, we were put where we are now which, is a pretty amazing place!

My motivation for starting an all in one site was a way to share my experience and ideas with other families all over the world. I grew up in Green Bay, WI from the time I was little through high school and made the adventure to Southern California to start my college career! Like everything in my life, that did not go according to plan.
