Another assembly job this week! My son Wade helped me out with this one.

Even with the two of us it took 2.5 hours!! That's the longest assembly time I have ever had for a bed.

What started off as 4 huge boxes, and hundreds of parts finally turned into a shed after 7 hours!!

Things do move slow when you work alone but I got it done for this client.

So grateful for a cooler day to assemble this shed
Overall not bad for an Amazon purchase.

Another bathroom vanity update!

Wish I had a picture of the before. Typical 60's bathroom with plywood vanity and tile countertop.

Client had cabinet shop build and install the vanity. We installed the counter and fixtures and plumbed up the new sink.

A first on this project, this client decided to use the cupped drawer pulls for the cabinet doors as well.

Even though it's October the heat is still hanging around and sprinklers are still going!

This client was having issues with several valves not shutting off. He tried to find replacement parts but valves are no longer made.

Decided to replace all 4 of them with some orbits.that have been around forever.

It must be gate season!

Holy moly, they just keep rolling in. This one was probably 40 years old and needed some love.

Should be good for another 20 years. Unfortunately the posts used these days just are not what they used to be, like everything else.

Just thinking today, I probably do on average 1 gate a month. That means I've done probably 100 since I started my business 10 year's ago! Each one has its unique issues. This one had 3 ft of concrete I had to pull out to replace the post.

10 years in this business and there are still first time repairs!

Client in Oakdale was having issues with the pocket door coming off the track in the wall.

After some investigation I noticed the track was severely bent. See picture. Solution was to replace the track.

Unfortunately that requires cutting a hole in the wall to access the track.

After installation, drywall piece reattached and wall was mudded and textured. Ready for paint!

New security screen door on this 100 year old farm house in Turlock!

We have a lot going on this project! wallpaper removal, drywall repair and texture, and a full interior repaint.

Client is getting this farm house ready for tenants in the near future.
