Before ➝ After: Bathroom Ceiling Repair + Popcorn Removal + New Vent Fan

This bathroom had damaged drywall around the old vent fan, moisture stains, and popcorn ceiling that needed to be removed. We repaired the ceiling, smoothed the surface, installed a new vent fan, and finished everything with fresh paint for a clean, updated look.

Before ➝ After: New Gas Line + Gas Cooktop Installation

This kitchen had no gas line in place, so we installed a brand-new line in the crawlspace, secured and supported it, and brought it safely up into the cabinet.
After the line was installed and tested, we cut the countertop and mounted a new gas cooktop with a clean, tight fit.

✔ New gas line installed & secured
✔ Safe routing through crawlspace
✔ Countertop cutout & prep
✔ Clean cooktop installation
✔ Leak-tested for safety
