Project Day1 The Farm. This is a beautiful beautiful place. It's exciting to start a project like this. We already have a nicely established garden to work with. The plants are thriving and the pollinators are happy. We are going to add some feature plants and more blooming perennials of course. The goal is some more winter interest, some drift plantings and varying hights of blooms. This is going to be a fun project!

Another quick landscape cleanup dodging the rain and heat completed. We tightened up the shrubs and cleaned up the rocks. This home has a beautiful mature landscape that required only maintenance and we were happy to help!

This aggressive annual vine is an Ipomoea alba also known as moon flower. It is a fast-growing, night-blooming vine closely related to morning glory vines. This vine is easily grown from seed you can recover from the flowers after blooming. This is a favorite plant that is somewhat underrated. It covers a lot of space quickly and will outgrow small containers quickly, so give it room above and below for the roots to thrive. When summer hits this vine rewards you with very fragrent pure white blooms in the late evenings that will fill an area with a clean floral scent.

Consistency is key for maintaining the charm. A flock of hummingbirds is called a charm. These little machines are currently drinking down 12 cups every three days!

Current project- flowerbed expansion, general trimming and maintenance and fresh mulch. The bed is being expanded to flow more naturally with the mature tree in the background. We will also be installing a large post for a solar light and more hanging plants.
