Done Rite Services had the opportunity to sponsor lunch for a group of junior high and high school students exploring future career paths and life goals through the incredible work of We Care Tucson⁠.

These students spent the day learning, asking questions, and thinking about what comes next. We were honored to support the program and hear from speaker Matt K***z as he shared insights on setting goals, finding direction, and building a successful future.

Spent the day with some of the future of the trades 💪⚡️

We had the chance to connect with students from Home Builders Institute and Arizona Construction Trades. These two organizations help train and prepare the next generation for careers in electrical, HVAC, plumbing, construction, and more. Their programs focus on hands-on skilled trades education, apprenticeships, and real-world career opportunities for young adults entering the industry.

The skilled trades shortage is REAL… so seeing this much talent, energy, and motivation in one place? Pretty awesome. 👏

And let’s be honest… these careers aren’t going anywhere.
The trades are AI-resistant, high-paying, hands-on careers that keep homes, businesses, and entire communities running. You can’t outsource fixing an AC in Tucson in July 😅☀️
