Sustainable Nations and the Microbusiness Advancement Center are proud to announce the Traditional Adobe Construction Professional Apprenticeship Program! The Apprenticeship Program will be open to applicants who have taken a minimum of three out of four Traditional Affordable Adobe Building Workshops in our Series.
in depth professional training in adobe and natural foundation-to-roof construction, including hands-on experience in carpentry, electrical, and plumbing interfacing, and a diverse range of wall systems. The apprenticeship program will culminate in paid positions on NativeEarth’s construction crew for our May build of an O’odham architecture inspired outdoor classroom, and a certificate of completion documenting their hours of training!
