We recently replaced an exterior garage door along with an interior fire-rated door to improve both function and safety on this property.

Chimney leaking? This is one of the most common (and overlooked) problems we see.
First Class Property Services recently replaced failing chimney flashing that was allowing water to get in — something that can quickly turn into rot, mold, and expensive structural damage if ignored. The existing flashing was worn out and improperly sealed, so we removed it, installed new step and counter flashing, and sealed everything up the right way to keep it watertight for the long haul.
We don’t believe in quick patches — we fix it right the first time.
