A recent customer referral led to this custom sign post project for a homeowner looking for something stronger and more attractive than a store-bought option.
After a site visit and design consultation, I fabricated and installed this custom steel sign post the very next day. Featuring capped ends, reinforced gussets, a lower kicker support, and a concrete-set foundation, this sign is built for durability and long-term performance.
If you're looking for custom welding, handrails, gates, signs, repairs, or fabrication work, Posley Mobile Welding LLC is ready to help.

Another quality installation completed by Posley Mobile Welding LLC
After all permits were approved, I core drilled and installed the upper handrail system, ensuring everything was level, plumb, and built to code. Then custom fabricated, painted, and installed two additional handrails on each side of the stairway, following project specifications and compliance requirements every step of the way.
From custom fabrication to final installation, i take pride in delivering safe, durable, and professional results.

Trailer bunk bracket repair done the right way. Instead of simply bending and welding on a new piece like the previous repair, I cut, repositioned, and re-welded the bracket at the correct angle for a stronger, solid fit with no weak points or voids in the metal.

Simple upgrade, built to last.

🔥 Equipment Downtime? No Thank You. 🔥
It’s wild how much wear and damage metal skids take on a mulching head running in the woods. This one had already been repaired multiple times—and the base layer was in rough shape with serious cracks and wear.
What i did is:
✔️ Repaired structural damage and cracks on the base
✔️ Built it back up and overlaid an additional 1/2” of steel on the skid plates
✔️ Got the customer back up and running FAST
If you're in forestry, tree work, or construction, you know downtime costs money. If your equipment is worn out, cracked, or needs reinforcement, I can help you get back in the field without the long wait.
