Thank you so much Monteray Farms Flowers & Gifts for having me! It was such a fun event and I’m SO HAPPY the goal was met and exceeded!
I can’t wait to see what your brilliant mind dreams up next.

It is with a sincere and grateful heart that I thank each and everyone of our amazing vendors and participants for making Monteray Farms first annual Sunflower Fest the tremendous success it was. We hosted 30 vendors, welcomed over 200 friends and surpassed our charitable goal of $1,000 by $600! Thank you, thank you, thank you!

Come see me today (Saturday Aug 15th) at Monteray Farms Flowers & Gifts Sunflower Fest from 9-2. I have Kokedama (moss ball) plants, rooted Monstera cuttings, fresh cut aromatic stems, and cut and finished liquor bottles. There are so many other cool artisans and vendors on the property today. Kokedamas are back for the summer! I’ve spent the past few days sculpting SO MANY of them.

Don’t forget about the Sunflower Fest this weekend at Monteray Farms Flowers & Gifts! There, I’ll have hand crafted Kokedamas, rooted and non-rooted cuttings from my personal collection of easy-to-grow house plants, and smooth finished cut liquor bottles that can be used for a variety of things. Stay tuned…I plan on posting more pics tomorrow.

Sunflower Fest is this Saturday, August 15th, from 9AM-2PM. Address is 31693 Clarks Wharf Rd in Trappe, MD. Follow the signs for FLORA's farm stand and you’ve found it!

It’s Thursday which means Vintage 414 is stocked with arrangements available to take home. Natalie said it was time to switch up the background, so I took pictures from behind the bar this week. 😂
Tomorrow morning I’ll be harvesting and arranging for FLORA's farm stand and Monteray Farms Flower Shack.

Come join us at Monteray Farm's 1st Annual Sunflower Fest!
Saturday, August 15th 9am-2pm.

A $10 entry fee per guest includes 3 sunflower stems and supports the "Give Kids the World" Foundation through a charitable donation.

Enjoy unique, local vendors and artisans. "You pick" sunflowers, make & take jar arrangements, food, drinks, face painting/children's crafts and more.

It's fun for the whole family!

Another amazing duo to add to the vendor list for Sunflower Fest! Wyatt and Rhett are making hand painted fishing lures that are sure to catch the big one! I’m so happy seeing these young entrepreneurs now selling at a festival! Lindsey Ewing and Donnie, I know you’re both so proud!

Wyatt will be here with his brother, Rhett, selling their unique, hand painted fishing lures, while sharing stories of their family vacation through "Give Kids the World", our events proceeds recipient.
