Man it's been a busy summer, but we are still all smiles!

Our current Lakeridge unit makeover included all new windows. these Pella casement windows with blinds integrated into the glass are a dream!

The old windows had zero insulation around the jambs. What an absolute waste!

One less thing this homeowner has to worry about!

Currently booking window replacements! Whether they are replacement windows or new construction. whether they are big or small. we can replace them!!

On to the next one!

This 300 sq ft bathroom is getting a complete redesign!

Complete with his and hers sunken vanities installed into mosaic tiled archways, a beautiful soaking tub inside of a 13x5 wet room. lighted niches, state of the art bidet, waterproof TV, just to name a few things we are crafting into this Authentic Renovation!

You'll notice the rotten plywood behind the failing shower installed 20 years ago.
not only that but the vent fan ducting in the attic wasn't insulated and accumulated enough moisture to wreak some real havoc!

luckily a new window is part of the project and we have been able to keep all of the mess out of the home. we really love it when a plan comes together!

Stay tuned!!

We took this bathroom all the way down and built it back into a completely new space. From the walk-in shower and tile work to the bold walls and finishes, every detail came together beautifully.

Talk about a transformation. 🔨🫰
