📈 GROWING ELITE — BEHIND THE SCENES
As Elite Home Services continues to grow, we know growth isn’t just about adding more jobs or more employees. We also have to improve how we operate, communicate, and stay organized.
We’ve officially started using Jobber to help manage our day-to-day operations — and this will be a big part of Yulissa’s new role with Elite.
Yulissa will be helping manage our scheduling, job tracking, employee schedules and work instructions, customer communication, and making sure the details of each project stay organized from start to finish.
For our customers, that means better communication, clearer scheduling, job updates, estimates and invoices, and an overall smoother experience.
For our team, it means everyone can see where they need to be, what needs to be done, and the information they need to complete the job correctly.
