I had the blessed opportunity to work as an intern on a great owner builder concept in straw bale construction early in my straw pursuits. Organic design informed by the property dynamics utilizing the utmost in recycled, reclaimed, re-used materials this 1500 square foot project with 1500 square feet of attached green house exemplified the desires of an energy / earth conscious family working toward their vision! circa 2005

Our connection to each other is solidly rooted in food. The 90's and early 2000's development of large kitchens was an attempt to re-gather our friends and family around food.
