Floors are filling up at the 110,766 SF Churchill multifamily project in Simi Valley. Stucco is going up on all elevations and MEPF rough-in is pushing through floors two and three ahead of interior finishes at the Churchill.

The Sanctuary in Thousand Oaks is firing on all cylinders. Buildings A & B are in the home stretch with interior trim, fixtures and final paint underway. Meanwhile, Buildings J & K are wrapping exterior finishes, garage paint and interior details. Buildings M & N have moved into flooring and light fixture installation. Lastly, buildings D-H are advancing through MEP rough-ins with preliminary drywall underway.

Colony Parc II in Ventura is a wrap. The 107,711 SF multifamily project features 71 units and full site amenities. It was completed through some of the toughest grading conditions a California rainy season can bring. Footings to turnover in under a year.

Our latest project is going underground in West Hollywood. Demolition’s done and now we’re drilling shoring piles and pushing into full excavation. Caissons, structural concrete, utilities and steel are all on deck. The work nobody sees is what makes everything else possible.

Things are moving fast at Churchill in Simi Valley. We’re about to finish the roofing for the 110,766 SF multifamily project. Crews are locking in on the building envelope with DensGlass going up on all elevations while drywall is officially underway inside. The building is coming to life from the inside out.

Colony Parc II is moving into the final stretch.

Exterior work is wrapping up and Phase 1 interiors are complete and turned over. The remaining two phases are tracking for delivery over the next month.

Checking in on the the 333-unit Oakwell project: building footings and columns are done and the walls are going up. Entrance ramps are in progress across both buildings. The underground mechanical, electrical and plumbing work is ongoing while civil work should begin after holidays.

Starting December strong at Colony Parc II in Ventura. A majority of the building exteriors are done and slated to be completed mid month. The cabinets, countertops and trim inside are being finished up. Site work is moving along and to be wrapped up in the next six weeks.

Grading is wrapped on building pads A & B at the Oakwell in Thousand Oaks. Trenching and rebar layout just kicked off on the southeast side of Building B and footing pouring began earlier this month.

Next up, more trenching and for the pads plus underground conduit going in for the 333-unit apartment community.
