IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENT TO OUR CLIENTS & COMMUNITY
It recently came to our attention that a statement was made by a potential client claiming that a deposit was never returned. That statement is false. The deposit was fully refunded, and we have documentation to confirm the refund.
The job in question was postponed due to the owner experiencing a serious medical emergency that required hospitalization. Once the client was made aware of the situation and the need to postpone the project, they chose not to reschedule. As a result, the client was fully refunded their deposit.
We do not take statements like this lightly. As a family-owned business, we take tremendous pride in operating with honesty, integrity, and transparency. We stand behind the work we do, the way we treat our customers, and the commitments we make.
We understand that unexpected circumstances happen, and we will always do our best to communicate with our clients and handle situations fairly and professionally.
