Emergency commercial job today! This facility is getting inspected soon, so they needed to have their new fire panel finished out while the on site Maintenance Director took some time for personal life.

I'm really happy with the way this turned out, and just in time! I always try to serve my customers in order received, but will make time to squeeze in urgent projects like this without messing up my schedule.

No job is too big or small to ask about, and my lines always open. Give us a call and let us know how we can serve you!

Had a wonderful time giving this house a much needed coat of paint!

Did you know? A quality paint job on your home is more than a look. It actually provides a number of positive benefits to protect your investment.

Core benefits include:

Moisture barrier: Seals out rain and snow to prevent wood rot, swelling, and warping in siding and trim.

UV defense: Reflects or absorbs sun rays that otherwise dry out, bleach, and crack building materials.

Pest prevention: Fills small hairline cracks and crevices, making it harder for termites, ants, and other insects to burrow into structural wood.

Corrosion control: Stops oxygen and water from reaching metal gutters, flashing, and railings to prevent rust.

Flexibility: High-quality modern exterior paints expand and contract with changing outdoor temperatures without cracking.

If you are planning a project, let me know:
1.)What kind of siding material your home has (wood, vinyl, stucco, metal)
2.)How long ago it was last paintedI can help you figure out the best type of paint or preparation steps you need before fall returns and wet weather sets in!

Another carpet to Lifeproof plank conversion.

08/02/2026

This floor felt like it had water damage. When stepping across it there was a sinking, "squishing" feeling. But after the carpet was removed I discovered that the culprit was the subfloor seam running perpendicular to the floor joists. This combination along with sparse gluing of the underlayment caused a soft spot in the middle of the room.

After bracing in around the old sheet and installing a new one, I replaced the old carpet with lifeproof flooring in the color the client wanted. I love this new look, and the customer was very happy with it!

Always love giving back to our local neighbors! This was a quick job for a storefront downtown. Wanting to remove the display platform and continue flooring isn't always as straightforward as you'd hope - especially in old buildings. But with a little effort, we got the concrete leveled enough to install matched flooring to the existing finish, and trimmed out while keeping interruptions to business minimal.
