This song was inspired by a memory from September 20, 2022, when years of needing a better tile saw finally met the right opportunity. It became a reminder that much of what I use today wasn’t built on instant gratification, large profits, or buying everything at once. It came through work—project after project, tool after tool, and the patience to wait until the work provided the means.

“One Job at a Time” is about hard work, fair dealing, patience, and delayed gratification. Sometimes what yesterday’s work produces becomes the tool that makes tomorrow’s work possible.

This property required reclamation services beyond normal lawn maintenance due to extensive overgrowth, dense vegetation, volunteer tree growth, and vine encroachment on structures and fence lines.

Work performed included reducing excessive vegetation, restoring access around the structures, clearing overgrown areas, trimming around obstacles, removing invasive growth, and preparing the property for ongoing maintenance.

Remaining work includes fence-line clearing, vine and sapling removal, detailed trimming around structures, debris handling, and final site cleanup.
