The firm’s comprehensive approach embodies a love of construction and a passion for details. Those details are what turn an ordinary house into an extraordinary home. As a woman and mother who lives and works in her home, Lynlee understands the importance of creating spaces that are efficient, comfortable, and beautiful for the family who lives there. Lynlee’s professional experience as a CPA and internal audit and technology risk consultant, and then as a small business owner prior to entering the construction field, places a high importance on a client’s budget, as well as facilitating strong working relationships with the homeowners as well as project contractors. The Lynlee Builds team aims for meticulous preparation and supervision of the construction process – from plan development to specifications for the interior architecture and organizational systems to full construction of the finished home or office – all while creating a seamless, low-stress, and enjoyable experience for the owners.
