Foundations in Teton Valley have to account for frost, shifting soils, spring runoff, and the conditions of the individual site.

Proper excavation, grading, and drainage all play a role before the home ever starts taking shape above ground.

We plan these details early to protect the structure from movement, moisture, and the long-term effects of a mountain climate.

A home built to last starts with what you can't see.

Building in the Tetons means working within a limited construction season. Weather, elevation, and changing site conditions leave little room for delays.

That's why planning starts well before construction begins. Material deliveries, subcontractor schedules, inspections, and weather forecasts are all coordinated to keep projects moving efficiently.

As conditions change, so does the plan. We adjust sequencing in real time to maintain momentum without compromising craftsmanship.

Night Shift’s Big Three 🏔️

The strongest builds start with the strongest partnerships.

We work alongside qualified subcontractors we trust completely, not just whoever happens to be available.

Shawn with handles excavation and septic, laying the groundwork for every successful project.

Max with leads our framing, ensuring every home is built with precision from the structure up.

Zack () and the team at Teton Concrete pour the foundations and radiant-heated floors our homes are built on. Fun fact: Teton Concrete pours more concrete than anyone else in Teton Valley, including all of the concrete work at .

That's how we deliver homes built to perform in The Tetons.

Every custom home starts with a vision.

For Badger Creek Ranch in Tetonia, Idaho, the goal was to create a home that felt rooted in the mountain west without sacrificing refinement. Reclaimed materials, strong architectural lines, and natural light shaped the project from the very beginning.

Completed in seven months, this 5,150 sq ft custom home was designed in collaboration with GPC Architects.

The exterior blends reclaimed barnwood siding, natural stone, and black standing-seam roofing with features built for mountain living, including a heated three-bay garage, covered porches, an underground drainage system, and a 120-foot boulder retaining wall that balances engineering with craftsmanship.

Energy efficiency is considered at every stage of construction, from insulated thresholds and high-performance building envelopes to triple-pane windows, radiant floor heating, and thoughtfully designed HVAC systems.

These behind-the-scenes details help keep homes warm through mountain winters, comfortable during summer, and protected against the freeze-thaw cycles that define life in Teton Valley.

The result is quieter interiors, more consistent temperatures, fewer maintenance concerns, and a home built to perform for decades.

We intentionally take on a limited number of projects each year so every client receives the attention their custom home project deserves.

Daily oversight, direct communication, and hands-on involvement aren't upgrades to the process. They're the standard.

Serving homeowners throughout Teton Valley, including Victor, Driggs, Tetonia, Alta, and Felt, we believe a smaller project load leads to clearer communication, stronger ex*****on, and higher quality homes.

Heavy snow loads impact everything from roof design and framing requirements to the long-term performance of the home.

We consider every structural detail with mountain conditions in mind. Roof pitches are designed to shed snow, load paths are carefully considered, and structural systems are built to handle the realities of harsh weather.

For remodels and exterior upgrades, we prioritize snow-rated roofing, durable siding, and four-season living spaces designed to withstand wind, melt, and freeze.

Building for the Tetons isn't about reacting to the weather, it's about designing for it from the start.
