I had a potential buyer ask how far the Templeton lot at 799 Forest Ave was from the park, so of course I timed it! Real time was just 1 minute & 15 seconds. And it makes for an even more pleasant walk, with a sidewalk safely connecting you there.

Maybe the best way to honor a life well lived is to carry a little of it into our own.

There are very few people in this world who are almost universally loved, respected and adored. Dolly was one of them. And for good reason.

In a world that can feel increasingly divided, she somehow never seemed to be a polarizing figure. She simply loved people. All kinds of people. She led with kindness, generosity, humor and a whole lot of heart.

She knew who she was, where she came from and what she believed in. She was unapologetically herself while still making room for everyone else to be themselves too.

For all of her talent and success, maybe her greatest legacy is simply the kind of human she chose to be. She gave generously, loved deeply, stayed humble, made people laugh and used what she had to make life a little better for others.

What an incredible way to live a life.

So maybe we can all channel a little Dolly into our everyday lives. Love big. Work hard. Give when you can. Stay true to your roots. Be kind to people.

There’s something pretty special about the idea of building a home that’s completely your own… especially when you get to build it in Templeton, California. 🤍

And when it comes to vacant land, having some of the hard work already done can make a BIG difference.

This 12,800 sq ft homesite already has water and sewer in place, an existing water allocation, and valuable due diligence completed, including a geotechnical soils investigation, survey and topographic map. It even has convenient rear alley access in addition to street frontage.

All of that can mean less uncertainty, less expense and a much better head start for someone ready to bring their vision to life.

And then you get the location. Less than half a mile from Templeton Park, with sidewalks taking you right into the heart of one of the Central Coast’s most loved small towns.

Build the home. Walk to the park. Enjoy downtown. Put down some roots. 🌳🇺🇸

Comment TEMPLETON and I’ll send you all the property details and everything that’s already been completed.

It’s easy to look at today’s prices or interest rates and think, “Maybe I should just wait.” But while you’re waiting for the perfect time, the market isn’t standing still.

Real estate has always been a long game. Buy what you can comfortably afford. Make a smart purchase. Build equity. Let appreciation and time do their work.

The goal isn’t necessarily to buy your dream home or dream property on day one. Sometimes the best move is simply getting your foot in the door with the property that makes sense for you right now, then allowing that investment to help create opportunities for what comes next.

You don’t have to time the market, you just need enough time in the market. That’s the trick, the secret, the key. It’s not magic, it’s just patience.

If buying real estate is one of your goals, let’s talk about what getting started could realistically look like for you.

Spain 🇪🇸❤️

A trip full of family, adventure, and some pretty special memories. We explored old towns and ancient ruins, celebrated Clint’s birthday, watched Ford learn to swim, snorkeled, zip lined, ate plenty of good food, and packed a whole lot into our time there.

But one of my favorite parts was simply giving our boys the chance to experience somewhere completely different from home. To hear and try to speak another language, experience a different culture, eat different foods, walk streets with thousands of years of history, and see that the world is so much bigger than the little corner of it they know.

And getting to visit and spend time with family while we were there made it that much more special.

So grateful for the adventures, the family time, and especially the experiences that I hope stick with these boys long after the trip is over. 🇪🇸❤️

Our very first conversation centered around horses. I remember him joking that we’d be a great team- me starting colts for him to take to jackpots 😆 Who would’ve guessed that would turn into all of this?

Two awesome boys, a barn full of horses and 4H project animals, a never-ending list of projects, free range chickens that he can’t stand but puts up with because I love them so, plenty of laughs and tears, and a whole lot of memories.

I wouldn’t trade this life for anything.

Happy Anniversary, Clint.
