We Are Currently Hiring Experienced General Laborers for a Local, Licensed General Contractor!
Robert Rose Home Repair is a highly respected and busy general contracting company serving Tehachapi, Bakersfield and the greater Kern County region. We take pride in delivering exceptional craftsmanship and outstanding service to our clients. We are currently seeking another experienced team member to join our team and contribute to our ongoing success.

Responsibilities may include (but are not limited to):
Site preparation and cleanup.
Loading, unloadingand transporting materials and equipment.
Assisting skilled tradespeople (carpenters, electricians, plumbers, etc.).
Operating hand and power tools under supervision.
Demolition and debris removal.
Digging and trenching.
Following safety procedures and maintaining a clean and organized work environment.
Other general labor duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
Must be 18 years old.
Must have a minimum of 2 years of home remodeling/repair experience. A construction background is helpful, but not required. Must have your own tools, a willingness to work, be punctual & dependable.
Must be physically able to perform the essential duties of the job, including lifting and carrying heavy objects.
Must have your own reliable transportation to and from job sites.
Ability to follow instructions and work safely.
Basic understanding of safety procedures on construction sites is a plus.
