Holy Smokes!! Looks at this before and after! These customers were very concerned with their stinky shower: when we broke it up, there was water(and black mold) trapped between the pan liner and the mud bed.🤢 But this is definitely not anything we haven’t handled before. This new bathroom boasts a beautiful free standing tub, heated tile floor, custom double vanity, high end shower trim, super spacious niche, frameless glass, led mirror, etc! Completed a basement re-finish in Murray, Ut. 😎 This was a pretty simple finish, with the exception of the stairs - they had almost an inch of slope in 3.5 feet when the should have none. As part of the stair work, we opened up a closed in stairwell and replaced the existing wall with railing. We also updated electrical, replaced old sheetrock, and installed new doors and trim.
