Hays Construction Management LLC is growing and looking for hard working, motivated people to add to the team.

Pay rates and benefits are competitive and based on experience and ability.

We are currently looking for:

Equipment Operator

- Capable of efficiently building pads, directing water, finish grading
- Commercial grading & excavation experience preferred
- Ability to read and understand site plans
- Valid drivers license and comfortable pulling trailers

Laborer (Hardscape/Landscape)

- Capable of manual labor
- Willing to learn
- No experience required (bonus points for experience)

Complete regrade of the property to prepare for paving.
Over 1000tons of stone set up and compacted and a custom drainage system installed to manage stormwater.

This project had a lot of changes and difficulties but the final product was something to be proud of.
