This is Briggs, and Briggs says “No RUFF edges around here, just fine craftsmanship”

We like Briggs, he knows the value of receiving quality the first time.

Running some of our signature profile railing in White Oak. This is a blend of three different profiles all compiled into one. It’s extremely comfortable in the hand and very easy on the eyes.

We offer it in two sizes. One that meets code and one oversized to really make a statement when needed. This is the oversized.

The difference is in the details—and we don’t cut corners on any of them.

At Top Step Development, we believe quality work starts with quality materials and ends with an experience you’d recommend to your friends and family. From helping you choose the right floor to the final walkthrough, our goal is simple: make the entire process smooth, professional, and worth every penny.

We keep Denali Hardwood Flooring in stock, offer custom stain matching, and handle every service in-house—including sales, custom milling, manufacturing, finishing, and installation. From one-of-a-kind staircase components and railings to custom wall treatments, we can mill and finish each piece specifically for your home.

No bouncing between different contractors. One experienced team from start to finish.

Whether you’re upgrading your hardwood floors, building a custom staircase, adding a one-of-a-kind railing, or transforming a room with a custom-milled wall treatment, you’ll get craftsmanship built around your home—not a cookie-cutter solution.

Take a look through our work. These aren’t stock photos or AI generated, heck…. There’s not even any filters. This is just what Top Step quality looks like.
