Today marks 1 year since Honest Hank’s Electrician opened its doors.

In that time, we’ve grown from a single truck into a team with 3 service vehicles, 3 full-time employees, and more than 150 five-star Google reviews.

We’re incredibly thankful for everyone who trusted us with their homes, recommended us to friends and family, and supported our journey along the way.

One thing I never expected was how much I’d enjoy meeting not just the homeowners we serve, but their pets as well. Whether it’s a dog greeting us at the door or hearing stories about beloved animals, those interactions have become one of the most rewarding parts of the job.

We set out to provide honest, dependable electrical service, but the relationships we’ve built throughout the community have made this first year even more meaningful than we imagined.

Thank you for helping make year one such a success. We’re excited for what’s ahead and look forward to helping even more families throughout Tampa Bay.

❤️ COMMUNITY GIVEAWAY UPDATE ❤️

We’ve decided to do TWO FREE electrical installations of portable generator hookups. ⚡❤️

While there was a clear overall winner, after reading through the comments and stories shared by the community, it was clear that both of these organizations are doing incredible work for animals across the Bay Area.

We’ve also decided to gift one of the installations to Zay Jean, who is a part of Rags to Riches Animal Rescue inc in recognition of the incredible dedication and compassion they show toward animals in need.

❤️ COMMUNITY GIVEAWAY UPDATE ❤️

After reading through the comments we got to see first hand the contributions of some of our community members. We appreciate every person and organization that contributes to the livelihood of animals in need even if no one mentioned them it is a community effort.

The amount of support shown for local animal rescues was incredible to see.

We received an overwhelming number of nominations for both 🐾 First Ladies Farm and Sanctuaryry and 🐾 Rags to Riches Animal Rescue inc

After reviewing the community response, the winner of our FREE electrical installation of a portable generator hookup is:

The work they do for vulnerable animals, especially during storm season and power outages, clearly resonated with so many people in our community.

We will be reaching out to the winners within the next few days to coordinate everything!
