Having a contractor in the family isnt always a bad thing. Sure you may never see them and you may hardly talk to them, but when you need improvements done you always have someone you can trust. This was my home from the time I was about 5 years old, my parents still live here. Dad is about to be 76 in August and Mom celebrated her 43rd 25th birthday back in October. Their house was in desperate need of a face-lift. Even the grass is greener and we didn't have to paint it!

We've been busy lately. When we get calls the priority is our client and their desired solution, unfortunately this usually means "before pictures" are not high on that list of priorities. When we first saw this job most of the demo was done, there was nothing but rough framing in place, holes in the floor to lay some plumbing, lots of questions, a baby on the way, and no bath tub for the little man to spash around in. With a warehouse of materials left in the living room we got to work piecing this puzzle together. We're not sure if they're more happy about the bathroom or having their living room back.

This bathroom had some water intrusion problems. A few contributing factors but the largest one was likely the window that was installed sideways. This client decided to forego a window completely just close the wall in. After siding and paint you would never know we were here.
