Six LVL beams are supporting the new staircase framing, and today we cut and set the stair treads. We’re waiting on two Lally columns—once they’re installed, we’ll be able to remove the temporary walls and keep this project moving! 💪🪚

What started as a window replacement turned into a much-needed structural repair. 🛠️

We spotted signs of termite damage around the windowsill. After digging deeper, we uncovered a five-stud pack that termites had completely destroyed. 🪵 🐜

We supported the load, removed the damaged wood, reframed the area, and replaced the siding—getting this home solid and looking right again! 💪
