Called Town & country because they had repaired and sealed chimney in June 2017. Requested Rick High (owner) to replace a chimney cap blown off in wind. Could not do at time as roof was wet with rain and he did not have a 40 foot ladder with him. Took cap to straighten and replace missing hold down screws. Said he would return and put up following week. Multiple missed appointments over following now 3 and a half weeks, now I just want the chimney cap returned so I can get someone else to put up.
