I'm affordable in that I will beat most prices by 1,000 dollars, even over the phone, on any style unit (i.e. Trane, Carrier, American Standard, Goodman) because I keep my overhead low. The company was contacted and assigned to me through my AHS home warranty. I called them the next day to find out when they would be coming by to do the service check and was told the tech Kris would arrive between 2-3pm. I received an email shortly after stating the same info. I receive a call from the tech Kris shortly before 6pm stating he was the tech that was supposed to service the unit. I asked why he didn't go arrive at the house at the arranged time of time 2-3pm. He said he got busy. I asked why didn't he call to let someone know he would be late. He snapped back and asked if anyone was at the house. While explaining to Kris that I would have to call my tenants to see if they were available because they were expecting him to show between 2-3 he abruptly cut me short and dismissed what I was saying then hung up the phone. Very unprofessional and had an indignant attitude. I am glad my tenants did not have to deal with Kris and I'm sure I'm blessed he did not do the service to the hvac unit. I would never recommend Carroll Mechanical to anyone.
