A client asked us to travel a bit, in order to replace their beach house windows and doors. We replaced the old builders grade windows with Andersen Windows + Doors 400 series full fl**ge windows and installed new trim both inside and out. For the doors, we used Therma-Tru Doors smooth star series. These new windows and doors should provide a huge difference in comfort, against the ocean breeze, this time of year.

This new powder room received a brick floor. We grouted the joints, with mortar, up to the top of the bricks, for easier cleaning. After this has cured, for the proper amount of time, we will acid wash it and an epoxy sealer will be applied.

A client asked us to continue the look of the new baseboard, that we were installing, down their stairway. We removed the caps from some of the new baseboard pieces and installed them on top of the existing skirt boards. Since the stairs ended at a corner, we needed to come up with this unique transition, in order to carry the moulding into the different height baseboards.
