We wrapped up another concrete project last week, and this one came with a few unique challenges. 💪
The goal was to create a gradual transition into the garage while working around a significant elevation change between the garage and where the asphalt will meet the new concrete. At the same time, we carefully planned the grades to ensure proper drainage and direct water to the correct area of the property.
Projects like this are all about getting the grade and drainage right before the concrete ever goes down. Proper planning on the front end makes all the difference in the finished project.
