Major drainage issues.
Installed drain across front of driveway and large drain collection along side of driveway. Much better parking, access to lower deck and area for grilling. Landscaping of both sides of driveway keeps all rock from washing on to drive. Client extremely happy.

Water leaking downstairs after a long shower.. tile around window compromised letting water in and going around edge of tub and leaking down wall next to tub/toilet... so yes mold and compromised plaster walls.
Area not square so in using a surround system every thing needed shimmed to square walls up.
