Another bathroom transformation completed by High Caliber Construction LLC, and one we’re proud to share!

We met this client a while back and scheduled their renovation for the end of August. From the first conversation to the final details, they were an absolute pleasure to work with.

We took this bathroom down to the studs and brought it back to life. Moving a wall created room for a larger shower, completely with an oversized niche, shower seat, and barn-door-style shower door. At the homeowner’s request, we preserved the original trim, keeping a piece of the home’s character in the updated space.

We take pride in our craftsmanship and in delivering a finished space that reflects what our clients want. Thank you to this homeowner for trusting us with your home.

A big thank-you to St. Onge Plumbing and Heating and SB Electric for your hard work and expertise. It’s always a pleasure working alongside you guys!

This project was a complete transformation!

After opening everything up, we uncovered extensive dry rot caused by an improperly installed exterior door and incorrect deck flashing. Our team removed all the damaged material, repaired the affected areas, corrected the flashing, and rebuilt everything properly to prevent future problems.

The project took approximately two weeks, and we kept the homeowners informed throughout the entire process. They love the finished results, and we couldn’t be happier with how everything came together!

Thank you for trusting High Caliber Construction to get the job done—and done right!

Another one in the books! 🔨🏠

We built this 18x18 garage from the ground up and set the roof, and then Lighthouse Doors came in to finish up the siding and install the garage door. It was definitely a HOT one out there while we were working! ☀️🥵

What made this project even better is that it wasn’t the original plan. Jen first reached out about a small mudroom addition. When she mentioned she was going through the variance process, I told her, “If you’re already doing that, you might as well go bigger—build the garage!” And she did. I’m glad she trusted us to bring it to life.

Jen was an incredible customer from start to finish. One of the best parts of this job is always the relationships we build along the way. When you’re working long days at someone’s home, you really get to know each other, and it turns into more than just another construction project.

A big thank you to Steven with SB Electric for handling all the electrical work and helping tie everything together. We appreciate the quality work and having reliable trades we can always count on!

Also a thank you to Iroof LLC for installing the gutters on this project—we appreciate you being part of the team.

I’m very proud of what we’re building at High Caliber Construction LLC, the long days we put in, and the reputation we continue to earn one customer at a time.

Thank you again, Jen, for trusting us with your home and letting us help bring your vision to life. I hope you enjoy your new garage for many years to come!

Until next time! 🔨🇺🇸
