Another satisfied customer. Thank you Steve for allowing us to repair your roof. Remember, when having a new roof put on or replaced, make sure ice and water shield go up the walls and flashing is installed. We went up 13 inches on this one due to the all the roofs coming together. Peace of mind for the owners of this lovely home.

Someone put on a Ridge cap where they folded the standing seam from one side of the ridge to the shingle side. Nailing it into the shingles. Not only did this not look good but definitely made to leak in time.

Sometimes when you remove the old shingles you find problems you don't want! Well, the boys remedied this issue replacing multiple sheets of sheathing! Remember, if you have a leaky roof, it could manifest into multiple issues. Luckily, we got to this before too much damage was done. Thank you to the boys for getting this fixed quickly!
