Now that that the ashes have settled, we are starting to realize how close this hit to us at home. I remember meeting this client at her house and how concerned she was that she had a termite problem and I assured her it was not a big process and we can fix it. After receiving this text I didn’t now how I could reply to assure her again that everything would be good again. I offered any resources we have to be able to help not as a termite company but as a friend and neighbor. Crazy to know this is one of many families going through this.
