We’re excited to now offer Sequoia Supreme Redwood for customers wanting a premium wood fence with better long-term performance.

Compared with traditional Western Red Cedar, Sequoia Supreme offers:

🌲 Thicker boards: ⅝” vs. 9/16”
🌲 Less shrinkage: only 2–4% vs. 5–10% with Western Red Cedar
🌲 Less shrinkage means fewer gaps, less warping, checking & splitting as your fence ages
🌲 30+ year potential lifespan with proper maintenance vs. up to 20 years for Western Red Cedar
🌲 Naturally resistant to rot, decay & insects
🌲 Excellent weather resistance
🌲 Beautiful, rich natural color and wood grain

One of the biggest complaints with wood privacy fencing is the gaps that can develop as the pickets dry and shrink. Redwood’s lower shrinkage and thicker ⅝” boards help your fence stay more stable and looking better longer.
