We've all been there — measure once, order once, then come up three boxes short on a Friday afternoon.

Rule from the field: measure twice, order a little extra for cuts and waste, and keep the same lot/shade when you can. Your future self (and your installer) will thank you.

Quick tip from the jobsite: a shower is only as good as the waterproofing under the tile.

Membrane, seams, corners, and the floor — all of that has to be solid before the pretty tile goes up. Cut corners there and you’re looking at leaks behind the walls later. We take that step seriously so the shower lasts.
