We’re excited to announce has started construction for the complete renovation of continuing our expansion into the Clubhouse & Hospitality sector.
This project will be delivered through a collaborative design-assist partnership with , focused on elevating the member experience while maintaining the character and tradition of the club.
The renovation includes transformed dining areas, social lounges, locker rooms, and gathering spaces designed to create a modern, welcoming environment for members and guests.
At Sundance, we believe hospitality construction is about more than finishes it’s about how people experience a space. Through early collaboration, planning discipline, and attention to detail, our team is working alongside ownership and design partners to ensure the project enhances both daily use and long-term value.
