Take a look at the before and after of EPI Construction’s recently completed Notre Dame High School Science Center Remodel.

Completed over the summer and ready for the 2026–2027 school year, this extensive transformation created a fresh, modern learning environment featuring eight newly remodeled classrooms, a science lab with new science workstations, updated restrooms, and more.

We’re proud to have played a part in creating an educational space designed to support hands-on learning, discovery, and the next generation of students at Notre Dame High School.

Our hearts are with Art Fernandez and his family.❤️‍🩹 We invite you to consider joining EPI Construction in an effort to support a friend and industry colleague.

Art Fernandez, respected architect and longtime partner of EPI Construction, was recently seriously injured and is now in critical care. Our thoughts are with Art, his wife and his family as they face the difficult weeks ahead.

Those of us who have worked with Art know the skill, integrity and care he brings to every project, and many in our industry have been fortunate to know him as a generous friend and devoted family man.

Recently Completed | Baggu, Venice ✨

EPI Construction recently completed this 1,415 sq. ft. retail space for Baggu in Venice, transforming it into a bright, playful environment that feels distinctly Baggu.

Throughout the interior, custom woodwork and curved millwork, clean finishes and an open layout create a warm, neutral backdrop that allows Baggu’s colorful products and signature style to take center stage.

Outside, the storefront brings a fresh and fun Baggu presence to the street while working with the character and existing architecture of the building; blending old and new in a way that feels right at home in Venice.

We loved being part of bringing this store to life. A huge thank you to our clients and to Haddock Studio for the opportunity and collaboration.

PROJECT SPOTLIGHT | Alliance Ouchi-O’Donovan Gymnasium

EPI Construction is proud to showcase the new 12,000-square-foot, two-story gymnasium completed for Alliance Ouchi-O'Donovan 6-12 Complex in Los Angeles.

Built to expand opportunities for athletics, academics and student life, the new facility features a full basketball court with bleacher seating, classrooms, underground parking, bike storage and more.

Projects like this reflect EPI’s continued commitment to building high-quality educational environments throughout Southern California.

It has been an extremely busy summer for EPI Construction, with our teams working across Southern California to complete school renovations and campus improvements in time for the start of the new school year.

We’re proud to highlight some of the educational projects completed this summer and showcase a few favorite images as well:

The award was accepted on behalf of the company by Perfecto Hernandez, who leads our drywall operations and consistently demonstrates a commitment to quality craftsmanship and excellence.
