Here are a few siding/roofing exterior remodels from this summer.

Most recently was a 30x50 post frame roof and walls reskin. We fixed some rotten lumber as we went. Beyond Construction helped make quick work of this post frame. We appreciate their help!

The 24x50 garage underwent a major overhaul. All new vinyl siding, soffit, fascia, seamless gutters, and roof.

Another siding project in the books! Our siding crew made quick work of this home in Panora. After the demo phase, we uncovered some rotten sheathing. Our crew fixed the damaged area and installed new v***r barrier. We appreciate the local business!

We gave this old farmhouse a face-lift this spring. We added some new windows, vinyl siding, soffit, fascia, and a front porch makeover.

The front porch had some structural issues that need attention. I appreciate Kruger Construction for coming up to help stabilize it.

A client called about a bad draft coming through their walls. We found some unused space in the home when we opened up the wall. They decided it would be a great storage area. We sealed up the air leak and made a custom door for their new storage area. A quick fix turned into a unique project.

Another tile shower wrapped up in West Des Moines. The customer designed the shower and picked out the tile. Installing the ceiling tile was a first for me.

Schluter waterproofing nembrane is a must on these investments. We finished off with a tub restoration kit.

Out with the old and in with the new! This client in Des Moines wanted to seal off their basement with a wall and bring the stairs up to code. We installed new stringers and oak treads and risers. Drywall, paint, trim, and a new door were also a part of this project. Thank you for the business!
