Elemental Consulting, LLC was started by Hunter Preston, owner and operator of the company. While working for an engineer through school in Fort Myers, Hunter started a courier service as a side company, to help the firm with deliveries, permit submittals and field measurements. As time went on, the design side of the company quickly began outgrowing the delivery side, and the current state of Ele

mental Consulting, LLC was born! With the help of amazing clients and an excellent team, the business began booming and is currently one of the fastest growing design and consulting services in the Lee County area.

Our hearts go out to those impacted by Hurricane Milton yesterday and last night. Many have lost power, or had some level of property damages from winds or debris. If you are one of those affected please reach out so we can help.
At Elemental Consulting, we offer 3d Li-Dar scans of your property to document damages immediately post storm. This produces a virtual 3d walkthrough and floor plan, as well as, specialized damage reports for insurance companies, contractors and owners. This allows for an expedited claims process, faster estimates and ultimately, quicker overall repair, or construction start time needed for storm remediation.
