During times of fear and uncertainty you only have two choices to make. Bow out / bear down or detach from the situation, evaluate it, create a plan, & execute it head on.

Taking over for a general contractor this week half way through a project I am tasked with rallying the subcontractors with new guidelines to follow on the job site.

Ensuring the subcontractors truly understand WHY we are following these guidelines is key - it is my responsibility to educate them & enforce it so we aren’t forced to shut down.

I spent the first 45 minutes this morning explaining our new daily guidelines so we can continue moving forward on the project, so they can keep coming to work and earning a paycheck, so they are leaving the job site - healthy, & so we can complete this in hopes of supporting this pandemic.

Hi everyone, most of you know I’ve been in construction for some time now and I’m really passionate about it. I truly love what I do and everyday feels like a privilege to be able to do what I do.

I am also really passionate about commercial real estate development & investing as it really brings a variety of construction, real estate, banking, investors, & a wide variety of business professionals together for a common purpose.

The impact we make for business owners, their employees, municipalities, communities, & overall micro/macro level of the economy is eternally gratifying.
