⏳ 48 HOURS OUT — Legal Panel, this Wednesday. Registration closes tomorrow at 5 pm.

Every subcontractor in Kansas City has signed a contract they weren't entirely comfortable with. Indemnification language you skimmed. A pay-if-paid clause you hoped wouldn't matter. A change order that never got papered.

This Wednesday, Lee Brumitt and Leslie A. ASA is calling for expedited Supreme Court review of the Corporate Transparency Act (CTA), alongside Main Street Partnership members representing millions of employers across the country.

While recent Treasury action provided relief for many domestic businesses, the broader constitutional questions around privacy, federal authority, and reporting requirements remain unresolved.

Without a clear ruling, uncertainty could continue for millions of businesses navigating shifting compliance obligations.
