Tis the season for the reminders…
It’s that time of year again!

⭐️We LOVE our customers (as you know) ❤️
⭐️Our BUSY season is April thru October 💩
-If you’re on the schedule, you’re definitely on the schedule. It’s summer. It’s hot. It’s extremely busy. This is not a 9-5. Have some grace. These guys work hard. 😓
⭐️We return EVERY message. 📞 If you call and don’t leave a message, it’s very difficult to call you back…Not impossible, but we’re not detectives 🕵️♂️ (And no this doesn’t qualify as us not calling you back. We have a pretty good fail proof system for phone messages so we know if you REALLY left a message)😉
⭐️We DON’T respond to public/community pages tagging us. We appreciate the love from the community but we also realize we don’t have 100 of our own relation monitoring social media at all times. We have TONS of advertising and we’re NOT hard to find. Ask a neighbor…they probably used us. 😏
⭐️We will ALWAYS strive to accommodate your needs as best we can when safety and time allow. 🤝
⭐️We pride ourselves on safe dumping practices. We will NEVER practice unsafe dumping and urge you to report any business you believe acting in such a way. All wastewater must be dumped at a permitted site and sadly NOT everyone does this. We love our 🌍, you should too!
⭐️ We have been in business for over 50 years! Yes, this is because of Pop Roy Chapin! Yes, at 71 (in 2020) he retired. (He worked his tail off. He was allowed. (Sadly, this is still a discussion for some people?) Yes, it’s still in the family (one day we can go through the family tree on here and catch you up)! Heck, Roy’s still here pumping sometimes because he’s proud of where it’s gone in the last few years!
🥳So we will continue to celebrate and honor Pop and Chapin Sewage Disposal because we’ve all worked pretty damn hard to get here!
