Simple but effective ⭐️

This dirt area was causing a mess with mud splatter after it would rain. We created a level surface, installed a premium landscape fabric and top dressed with American Heritage rock. The customer now has a clean area to display their decor 🔥

On this project, we removed sod to shrink the size of the lawn that needs to be maintained and created a beautiful flower bed. The mix of perennials will fill in the space nicely and provide great curb appeal.

All cleaned up and ready to go to enjoy the 4th of July with some toes in the sand.

On this project, we cleaned up some overgrown beds that needed some serious work. We also prepped the beach area by tiling up the existing sand to create a smooth platform and fill in low low spots. From there, we top dressed with fresh sand to keep the area looking new.

WE'RE HIRING! Snow Removal Crew Member – Seasonal

Location: Stevens Point, Wisconsin
Pay: Competitive hourly pay (based on experience)
Schedule: On-call / nights / weekends / holidays as needed
Season: Winter (typically November–March, weather dependent)

JOB DESCRIPTION:

We are seeking reliable and hardworking individuals to join our snow removal team for the winter season. Crew members will assist with snow plowing, shoveling, salting, and general winter maintenance to ensure safe access to residential and commercial properties during snow and ice events.

This is a weather-dependent, on-call position, requiring flexibility and dependability during winter storms.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Snow plowing using trucks, skid steers, or loaders (if qualified)
- Shoveling sidewalks, entryways, and tight areas
- Salting and ice control
- Operating equipment safely and efficiently
- Working in cold, snowy, and icy conditions
- Following safety procedures and company policies
- Being available during snow events, including overnight and early morning hours

QUALIFICATIONS:

- Must be dependable and punctual
- Ability to work long hours during snow events
- Valid driver’s license (required for driving positions)
- Previous snow removal or equipment experience preferred, but not required
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical labor
- Must have reliable transportation
- Must be able to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed
