Been trying to get someone to call me back about my pending repair since Monday. What do I need to do, since repeated phone calls are just ignored?
Hi, I just got off the phone with HSA, my home warranty company, and they said they are still waiting on YOU to submit the paperwork. Can you please get this sent in ASAP? I have already been without AC for over a week. Based on the bad reviews I see on Yelp and other forums, this is the terrible way you like to run your business. However, if my disabled sister ends up with medical issues due to being subjected to these ridiculous wait times between the home warranty company and Cool Factory, I will be submitting a complaint to the Office of the Attorney General and to the ADA office since I reiterated to both your company and the HSA company that we are being subjected to dangerous levels of heat within our home. My last home warranty company repaired things the same day so I did not expect to have to actually LITERALLY BEG your company and HSA to do the thing I PAID YOU TO DO. This is not a free service. My realtor sold me this absolutely horrid contract and it is really the worst investment I have ever made. Service Request #: 573405772

They have abandoned my 68 year old mother to sweltering heat. She reported her AC not working on May 27th. It has been 2 months of heat wave and they have not fixed her AC.
