Trevor O joined our grounds team this spring knowing very little about landscaping or equipment. A few weeks of hands-on training later, he had become an exemplary groundsman, someone our crews could count on every single day.

As Trevor heads back to the baseball field, we want to take a moment to say thank you. The work ethic he brought to our properties this summer did not go unnoticed, and if it carries over onto the diamond the way it did out here, he is going to have a great career ahead of him.

Meet Lisa: 30+ years of getting the numbers right. 📊

Lisa has spent over three decades in accounting within the building industry, working with general contractors, subcontractors, manufacturers, and now landscaping. She oversees every function of our accounting department, making sure the business runs on solid ground.
Outside of work, Lisa is happiest in the garden or digging into genealogy and antiques.

Her favorite thing about being here? The family atmosphere.

Beautiful flowers start in the soil, not the bloom.

Before any plant goes in the ground, we till 6-8 inches deep to break up compacted soil and open the full root zone. Then we add organic amendments for better drainage and moisture retention, plus a slow-release fertilizer that feeds plants for 3-4 months without repeat applications.

Many providers pair standard fertilizer with a seasonal install. Very few take the time to prepare the soil itself, and that extra step is why our color holds up all season.
