We are heartbroken to announce the passing yesterday of our dear colleague and friend, Dave Heaney, after 35 dedicated years at Hylan.
Dave was legendary for sourcing hard-to-find parts—never accepting “sorry, we don’t have it” as an answer. He tirelessly tracked down solutions and guided thousands of people over the years with his unmatched expertise and big heart. He was a genius with stems, mastering even the most obscure challenges that no one else could find. Dave embodied a rare and unwavering dedication to his job, pouring his all into every task with tireless commitment and integrity.
To everyone at Hylan, Dave was family. His unwavering willingness to help defined our store and touched countless lives. Hylan will never be the same without him.
Our deepest condolences go out to Dave’s family and loved ones.
