Demolition is underway to make room for the new Guy and Judy Jaffe Family Branch for the St. Louis County Library system, a project designed to create an even stronger space for learning, collaboration, and community connection.

Serving as General Contractor, we're proud to help bring this next generation library experience to life alongside our partners, including The Original Spirtas Wrecking Company.

The new 20,700 square foot branch will feature expanded community spaces, enhanced study areas, abundant natural light, outdoor gathering spaces, and a future coffee shop in partnership with Goshen Coffee Roasters.

From dynamic children’s and teen spaces to collaborative work areas and an enhanced reading garden, every detail is being built with the community in mind.
