Did a kitchen facelift in O'Fallon this week. Patched drywall, fixed nail pops, caulked the backsplash, and put a fresh coat of paint on the walls.

I worked in St. Charles this evening. Cut up the big tree that fell and cut down two 30 footers that were growing in the fence line. Tons of work to do yet just in the yard. The fence is being replaced. All the slats and cross members are rotted but the 4x4 posts are pressure treated and still look really good. That will save a lot of $ not having to pull them out and set new ones. Ignore my heavy breathing in the video.😂

I fixed a sump pump for a client on Sunday. We're putting together a list of projects. Message me if you need work done. Carpentry, drywall, and painting are my specialties but I can do a range of other things too.

Hello friends! I still have a full-time corporate job. This is a passion project for me. I'll be starting with small projects and handyman type stuff and expand from there. Then, who knows 😉 Here's some ideas of what I can take on at the moment:

Handyman stuff:
Wallmounting TVs
Hanging mirrors and pictures (you need 16 frames spaced evenly for an accent wall? I got it.)
Furniture assembly
Plumbing and electrical fixuture replacement
- garbage disposals, faucets, toilet kits, lights fixtures, etc
Exterior door and window screen repair
Doors that don't close properly
Blinds curtains installation
Towel racks
New switch plates
New cabinet hardware
Powerwashing driveways, patios, walkways, and siding

Bigger Stuff:
Flooring: hardwood, laminate, LVP
Framing
Drywall hang, repair and finishing
Painting
Deck repair, wash, and stain
Fence repair, wash, and stain/paint
New interior doors and/or casings
Interior baseboard, crown, and trim repair/upgrade

These are just some idea of things I can handle now. We can talk about larger projects on a case by case basis.
