Operations Supervisor opening: St. Louis Paving is a 56-year-old and growing commercial asphalt and concrete paving & sealing company looking to hire an Operations Supervisor. Position is primarily office based but includes some field supervision. Responsibilities include scheduling, coordinating, supervising, safety, and compliance.
The ideal candidate must have:
• Bachelor’s degree in business, construction management, engineering, or related field of study.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Friendly personality, good attitude, and self-motivation.
• Good organizational skills with strong time management ability.
• Good computer skills; including knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
• Clean driving record and reliable transportation.
Previous operations and/or supervisory experience required.
All work is in the St. Louis metro area. (No overnight travel required.)
